Chimichurri

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4c EVOO
  • 1/4c red wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon wedge, juice of
  • 1 Tbsp red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  •  1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Place all ingredients in a blender/processor and blend until smooth.
