Premium Starter Kit Oils

Peppermint

My first oil love. I was introduced to peppermint years ago. I would use this by rubbing it on the tender areas on my head, my temples, back of neck, above my eyebrows, but don't get it too close to your eyes. The coolness of the oil goes cellular and the chill it brings to your skin is just so soothing.

It is also great on the back of neck when its 100 degrees out. Oi. On a long car drive late at night? rub some of this under your nose and on your temples to waken your mind.

Diffusing peppermint with any citrus oil will bring a freshness and energy boost into any room of the house.

When I was 37+ weeks pregnant with my daughter and she STILL hadn't flipped I got desperate and tried so many things to get her little head down. A friend who had been using oils for a while told me to rub peppermint oil diluted with a carrier oil in a rainbow motion over the top of my belly and the cooling sensation of the peppermint would go cellular and the babies head would head downward in efforts of staying warm, aka getting the heck away from the coolness of the peppermint. I did just this and woke up in the middle of the night to her flipping. Trust me. You don't mistake a 37+ week old baby flipping. When they are that big moving around in there you just know. I had a doctor appointment a day later and she said Mia was head down! I was so happy but not surprised at all. :) That experience made me an official believer of the power of oils. More than their power but their deep cellular power.

This oil will always be close to my heart and I will never run out of this one! We keep a bottle or two in the house and then one in each car :)
