Hummus

Ingredients: 

  • 1 15oz can of chickpeas
  • 4Tbsp tahini
  • 1/4c EVOO
  • 1 lime, juice of 
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp greek yogurt (optional if you want to keep it vegan)
  • EVOO and sprinkle of smoked paprika for the top

Blend all ingredients in the food processor until smooth.
