- 2 cups peanut butter (no salt added)
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 4 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup honey
Mix all in a food processor, stopping and moving ingredients around in the processor a few times in between, for a few minutes until mix is smooth. Smash evenly into a greased (with coconut oil) 9x13" glass pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum. Cut into 20 bars.
