• 1 1/2c greek yogurt
  • 1 small sliced cucumber, diced
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2Tbsp dill, chopped
  • kosher salt and cracked pepper

Put the diced cucumber in a paper towel and squeeze all excess liquid from the cucumber. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well. Enjoy this with a chickpea salad, on falafel or with some yummy pita!
