- 1 1/2c greek yogurt
- 1 small sliced cucumber, diced
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2Tbsp dill, chopped
- kosher salt and cracked pepper
Put the diced cucumber in a paper towel and squeeze all excess liquid from the cucumber. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well. Enjoy this with a chickpea salad, on falafel or with some yummy pita!
